Custody & Criminal History
Pennsylvania's statute enumerates criminal offense which may be considered as part of a custody determination. An Affidavit must be filed by each party, indicating what criminal offenses they have been convicted of. The list of offenses is included in the Affidavit listed below. In addition, the court can consider P.F.A. and child abuse history.
